At AALN Industries INC, we are committed to providing exceptional service and value to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the nature of our business as a provider of strategic, creative, and technology services.
Due to the nature of our services, which involve in-depth consultation, strategic planning, creative work, and software development, payments for services rendered are generally non-refundable. When you engage AALN Industries INC or any of its portfolio companies, you are purchasing our time, expertise, and the resources allocated to your project.
For project-based work, payments are typically made in installments based on project milestones. Once a milestone is approved and the corresponding payment is made, that portion of the service is considered complete and is non-refundable. If you choose to terminate a project before completion, any payments made up to that point will not be refunded.
For ongoing subscription or retainer-based services, payments are billed in advance for each service period (e.g., monthly, quarterly). These fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription or retainer for future periods at any time, in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your payment. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the sole discretion of AALN Industries INC.
To be eligible for consideration, you must provide a detailed, written explanation of why a refund is requested. We may require additional information to assess your request.
